Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, Meredith approaches service with an innate sense of southern hospitality. After majoring in Political Science and French at UNC Asheville, Meredith moved to Boston, where she worked as Maître d’ and Manager at Radius and, most recently, as General Manager and Wine Director at Craigie on Main. In 2011, Meredith joined Menton as Service Manager, and became Menton’s General Manager in 2012, where her belief in the power of hospitality to transform relationships and build communities informs her commitment to staff development and her dedication to the small gestures and service details that make a guest’s evening truly special. Meredith was recently awarded Eater’s 2014 Young Gun Award, becoming part of a group of 16 of the most distinguished young chefs, restaurateurs, sommeliers, and hospitality industry professionals across North America.
