Welcome to Menton. For the past several months, Michelle Pane, General Manager, and I have talked, sipped, and tasted through iterations of menus and wine pairings with Wine Director Cat Silirie. What would excite our guests? What would surprise them? What would create unforgettable memories? Each evening we feel incredibly lucky to open our home and invite guests in for what we hope is an amazing dining experience. We want to create moments to celebrate! Savor! Laugh out loud! Close your eyes and exhale in pure pleasure…
After four years, we are pleased to introduce a newly tailored dining experience at Menton, featuring two different tasting menus: From Elements explores dishes and pairings that we have enjoyed over the past year…we think of them as emerging classics. Into Evolution, with an eye towards the future, offers our guests a unique experience…an opportunity to taste the next step of our style, using flavors and techniques that have recently excited us.
