Elements & Evolution ~ Spring 2015
Welcome to Menton. It is with great joy that we present our Spring 2015 Elements & Evolution menus; edible, drinkable, and artistic celebrations of a new season.
Over the past year, I have worked closely with Cat Silirie, our executive wine director, to create the dishes and wine pairings on these menus. What fun we have had talking, sipping, and tasting through multiple iterations until we felt we had achieved culinary experiences that were alive with the spirit of Spring; that would provide our guests with surprises, smiles, and ultimately, pure pleasure.
Our newly tailored dining experience at Menton features two different tasting menus: From Elements explores dishes and pairings that we have enjoyed over the past year…we think of them as emerging classics. Into Evolution, with an eye towards the future, offers our guests a unique experience…an opportunity to taste the next step of our style, using flavors and techniques that have recently inspired us.
