Holly Lemanski

Assistant General Manager

Holly was born in St. Louis, but spent most of her childhood in Atlanta, Georgia. It was while attending high school in Virginia that Holly got her first taste of the hospitality industry - as a waitress at her father's favorite spot, a local Italian bistro.

She attended Florida State University, graduating with a degree in History and Film, and after a brief stint working at a television station, decided that the restaurant industry was where her true passion lies. Holly gained experience in all facets of the restaurant industry national chains to country clubs to local pubs before landing in Boston.  However, it was Holly's time at Craigie on Main, under the direction of Tony Maws, that changed how she approached the industry.

The opportunity to work alongside some of our city's best culinary, hospitality, and beverage professionals cemented in Holly her love and passion for the industry.  After working with the Craigie on Main team for over four years, Holly transitioned to Harvest as the Bar and Service Manager and in 2014 Holly joined Menton as the Service Manager.

In this role, Holly is primarily responsible for overseeing guest service in the dining room, as well as orchestrating all communication with the kitchen, mentoring the service staff and assisting in overseeing the beverage program.  She also has her level two Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Holly became the Assistant General Manager in 2016.  When Holly isn't at work she enjoys spending time with her daschund mix Izzy frolicking about the city.
