Stop by Menton on the evening of June 20 for our second Hot Dog & Champagne Pop Up. Chef Scott Jones and Wine Director Cat Silirie, both long-term fans of this combination (Scott has thrown many birthday parties centered around this surprising but crowd-pleasing pairing) have worked together to create a list of indulgent and whimsical hot dogs - including the popular Foie Gras Frankfurter from Menton’s new Into Evolution menu - to pair with their favorite small-grower champagnes.
